Tips

Always have a few frying pans.
Use one ONLY for tomatoes
and one ONLY for eggs.

Is it something to do with the juices from the tomatoes never going away? Does it do something to the metal? We tried to use one pan for eggs only, until a friend visited recently and ruined it.
